Swiftech has launched their Apogee XL2 CPU water block, which is designed to lower fluid flow restrictions and give increased cooling performance over Swiftech's last generation counterpart.

This water block features a clear acrylic top which can be illuminated with an RGB LED, which can be controlled with Swiftech's Iris RGB LED controller.  This water block can support Intel's LGA 2011x sockets, LGA115X sockets, LGA 1366 as well as AMD's AM3+ and FM2+ platforms.

CPU blocks these days already have a low flow restriction, these are just minor tweaks to keep sales going.Quote

Would be nice if they just made a better looking block

That alone would boost their sales by quite a bit.Quote

I love the clear acrylic top on the block. This is what I eventually want for my CPU and GPU water blocks.

I hate everything else about the looks of this block. Very "marmite" as Tom would say. You'll either love it or hate it.Quote
