Corsair announce their ONE series Pre-built PC

It looks like Corsair is now branching out into the custom PC market with their new ONE series pre-built PC, taking one step beyond their recently release Bulldog II series of barebones systems.

At this time the specifications of this new pre-built gaming system are unknown, though it is expected to be VR ready as it includes a front mounted HDMI and USB connection at the front of the PC’s external chassis. It is clear that this case cannot fit a standard ATX-sized motherboard, which means that Corsair will be using a standard ITX motherboard or a custom-made unit.
Looking at this system, it is clear that this chassis has been made to accommodate full-sized components, likely using one of Corsair’s new SFX-series power supplies and using a full-sized GPU. At this time this PC is expected to use MSI-made components, given Corsair’s recent history with the company.

This marks a major shift in Corsair’s business strategy, targeting not only system builders and system integrators but also those who do not want the hassle of assembling their own systems based on Corsair existing products.

Right now the full specification of this system and its pricing are unknown, though Corsair is expected to announce these details soon.
