ASUS showcases their ROG Hyperion White Edition PC chassis at Computex

At Computex 2023, ASUS has showcased a new white edition version of their colossal airflow-focused ROG Hyperion PC case, a EATX chassis that is designed to hold the largest of components and the most powerful of PC hardware.

With its X-style airflow pattern, ASUS’ new ROG Hyperion case is designed to offer users greater levels of thermal efficiency than older ROG branded PC cases. This is good news for gamers who install beefy graphics cards like ASUS’ ROG Strix RTX 4090 and high-end CPU platforms. The case’s aluminium alloy handles are designed to handle up to 80 kg or weight, which means that this case can be used with the largest of components and the heaviest of heatsinks and liquid cooling setups. The ROG Hyperion is designed for overkill systems.

The ROG Hyperion supports EATX motherboards that are up to 12-inches wide, and the chassis supports two USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C ports on its front I/O. The case can support graphics cards that are up to 460mm wide, and when vertically mounted graphics cards that are up to 130mm thick are supported.

For cable management, ASUS’ ROG Hyperion GR701 features 34mm of space behind its motherboard tray for cable management, giving users ample room for wiring. The case also features a built-in ARGB lighting controller that can be used with up to eight ARGB devices and six PWM fans.

The Hyperion is so spacious that the case features a drawer that is dedicated to the case’s spare screws, accessories, and a supplied screwdriver, allowing users to quickly and easily install new components or adjust their system to their liking.

ASUS’ new ROG Hyperion White Edition PC chassis is expected to launch later this year. Sadly, we do not currently know ASUS’ planned pricing for this huge PC chassis. Just don’t expect it to be cheap.
