All-Black Noctua NF-A12x25 fans are coming this summer!

Noctua's best fans are getting the Chromax treatment

All-Black Noctua NF-A12x25 fans are coming this summer!

All-Black Noctua NF-A12x25 fans are coming this summer!

Noctua has always stood at the forefront of fan technology, delivering consumers high-performance products with some of the lowest levels of noise production on the market, creating iconic products like the Noctua NH-D14 with striking, yet divisive beige and brown colour scheme.

In recent years this changed, as Noctua expanded its lineup with new Chromax series fan and heatsinks, offering customers a stealthy black colour scheme while offering customers the same performance levels and high tolerances that they expect from the brand.

We have confirmed that Noctua's going to add to its high-end NF-A12x25 series of fans to its Chromax product line this summer, offering their top-tier fans in colours that aren't brown and beige.

Noctua's NF-A12x25 fans took four years to develop, having been created under a simple design brief, "create the world's best general-purpose fan". Through engineering precision and cutting-edge materials, Noctua created its NF-A12x25 with tighter tolerances than ever before and with an optimised fin shape that's designed for low noise levels, high static pressure and plentiful airflow.

The only downside of Noctua's NF-A12x25 series was that users had to stick to Noctua's brown and beige colour scheme, but soon, that will no longer be a concern to end-users. These fans will soon be available in black, and that will open these fans to a much larger consumer base.

Right now, we do not have a firm release date for Noctua's black NF-A12x25 fans, but you can expect them to be released this summer.

Love the 2 I have currently. Wish they just released all black from the start but oh well. If I ever get a window in my case I'll switch over Quote

Tom spoke to them at Computex about it. With the special plastic they use for the blades, colouring is challenging. It took them a while to get brown to work, never mind black.Quote

I posted your article on a different forum regarding these fans, since I'm aware that they are in high demand and well sought out after.

I didn't take any cred away from you, just used your headline of this thread and then linked your article in the post, so they can read your original post.

Hope you don't mind.Quote

Well if they started with black form development then it would have been even better even if it took a few months longer.Quote
