RX Vega 64 supply issues seem to have stabilised in the UK

When AMD’s RX Vega 64 GPU launched, AMD’s supply of “RX Vega Standalone” GPUs was exhausted within minutes at most major retailers, leaving only AMD’s higher priced b Radeon Bundle version on store shelves, giving the GPU an effective £100 price increase, albeit with two free games.

In the UK AMD has been able to restock their RX Vega 64 series GPUs, including their “standalone” variants, which now command a price of between £469.99 and £499.99 depending on your chosen retailer and brand. Like before AMD’s RX Vega 64 “Standalone” GPUs are in limited supply, though after checking retailers each day for a week we have found that they were always in stock at major UK retailers.

The only RX Vega 64 variant that we cannot find in stock is AMD’s high-performance liquid cooled variant. It is unknown if or when these GPUs will return to store shelves, though it is worth noting that a standalone RX Vega 64 and a full cover water block would be purchased together at a lower price separately.

Sadly the supply for AMD’s RX Vega 56 (standalone) has not been as strong during this period, though there are still some “standalone” RX Vega 56 GPUs on store shelves to be purchased. Bundled RX Vega 56 GPUs command a £100 price premium, giving it a price that is higher than the RX Vega 64 standalone variant.

You can currently purchase RX Vega 64 (and some RX Vega 56) standalone GPUs at Overclockers UK.
