Acer announce their new 3440×1600 XR382CQK bmijqphuzx FreeSync Display

 
Many gamers and office workers are looking for displays that are larger and offer higher resolutions than standard displays, both to provide better images and offer an increased working area for productivity. 
 
Acer has now announced their XR382CQK bmijqphuzx, a 38-inch display that comes with an IPS panel and offers a screen resolution of 1600×3440. This display also comes with one of the strangest names on the market, winning the OC3D Confusion Award for non-descriptive product naming.  
 

This monitor will come with a maximum refresh rate of 75Hz and supports VESA Adaptive Sync (AMD FreeSync), supporting a FreeSync Range of 48-75Hz. This display will also come with a 2300R curve, support for 100% of the sRGB colour space and support for 10-bit colour, with the display being usable with DisplayPort 1.2a and HDMI 2.0.

This display supports VESA wall mounts and includes a 4-port USB 3.0 hub, which includes support for USB Type-C. This display will come at a price of $1,299, and is currently available to order in certain regions.
