Zotac Zbox Plus ID45 Review

SiSoft Sandra

For this part of Sandra's test we focus on the processor's ability with Financial Analysis, as well as the overall power management of the chips.

Financial Analysis

Processor Multi-Core Efficiency and Power Management

The financial analysis test was is the first time we've seen the ID45 beat the others in a CPU based test. Unfortunately, financial analysis isn't something you're likely to be using your HTPC for. It is still a step in the right direction however, and a slight hope that the ID45 is capable of great things than what we've seen so far. The ID45 competes with the others in half of the tasks set by Sandra in this section, which is far more than we were expecting after its performance so far on the CPU based benchmarks.

Like the idea of one of these maybe as a steam streaming box by the tv. Having said that i don't think they look that great. The Gigabyte Brix pro and Brix gaming are more up my street visually. Hope you guys get to test one of them against one of these.Quote
