In pure speed terms the Anvil benchmark backs up the results we saw in ATTO. The read speeds are decent enough, although not outstanding. The 4K result is the star of the show though. Write speeds are again the strength of the Intel 730 with great results in every block size and the 4K ones being 50% better than anything else we've tested!

The original Intel drives were the drive to go to till the Corsair and Samsung drives took over I wonder will these put Intel back on top?Quote

God I can't wait for them to move away from SATA 6GB/s

All the bloody decent SSDs on the market are capped by the interface, and making better drives isn't going to change that.

SOMEONE PLEASE MAKE A FASTER DRIVE INTERFACE.Quote
