The GTX570 is so good we use it as the main GPU in our CPU and motherboard test rigs, and it’s about the best value price/performance card around. It’s some mark of how good the GTX580SOC is that in Mafia 2 it’s 60% better than the GTX570. In fact it’s so good that it’s knocking on the door of the HD6990.
The Witcher 2
Gaining 6FPS in The Witcher 2 might seem like a small gain, but when you consider it’s only 19 frames behind the mighty MARS 2 it starts to put things into perspective. Make no mistake, The Witcher 2 is fearsomely tough on graphics cards, but the GTX580 makes a seriously good stab at it.
