ASUS Maximus VII Hero Review

3D Mark

ASUS Maximus VII Hero Preview

3D Mark

Although the gaps between the three Z97s are greatly lessened in the latest 3D Mark, they are still there and still consistent across the three tests. If we take the Fire Strike Extreme test to give half the score of the regular Fire Strike (which it does, roughly) then the 1000 points between the Maximus VII and the MPOWER MAX AC is replicated as the 500 point difference in Fire Strike X. Good start.

Love it, Thank you so much for the review Tom. I have mine and am starting on the build. I really hope you get to M.2 reviews soon. The thought of a self contained bootable system that performs great is a big one for me. After seeing this review, I need to buy some better memory than I have to do this board justice.Quote
