Besides the regular ROG design the two big changes with the Formula variant are the inclusion of the ThunderFX module and the inclusion of a Diablo III mousemat. This is the only Diablo III element to the package, not even a trial code or anything in the box, so it's an odd choice but every little extra is a bonus.
Similar to the Extreme there are a lot of accessories within the Formula package. A reduction in the amount of multi-GPU bridges is balanced by the inclusion of the ThunderFX module and the necessary cables. Besides that the regular WiFi antennas and ROG connect cables sit alongside the mPCIe/WiFi combination addon.
The ThunderFX itself is a headphone amplifier that allows you to plug almost anything in to the module and use your PC headphones. Whether it's the PS3, XBOX 360, or even any iDevices, the ThunderFX has you covered. How useful this actually will be in practise is up to debate, but if you have a particular headset you love and a lot of consoles then it might be just want you need.
And here is the Formula itself. Besides only having three fullsize PCI Express slots it's nearly indistinguishable from its Extreme counterpart.

Thx
Judging on last few reviews of Z77 I think MSI G65 is the best deal and hopefully it will end up in my new build.
Kind regards to everyone btw from a new member

The only reason I'm getting it is to use more tubing XD
I have this board and the barb size is 3/8, which can also be found in the PDF version on the motherboards manual
