Arctic Cooling specifies that the Arctic Freezer 64 Pro is compatible with the following CPU's:

*AMD Sempron, Athlon 64, Athlon 64 X2 and Athlon 64 FX (Socket 754, 939, AM2, and all AMD Opteron processors.
