Toshiba announce 32GB eMMC & eSD Memory Page: 1
'Largest embedded NAND memory devices available'
Toshiba announced their new 32GB modules, using eight 4GB NAND chips in a single package. The chips are also manufactured using a smaller 43nm process and have an integrated controller.

The embedded devices are designed for application in digital consumer products, including mobile phones, video cameras, HDTV, personal navigation devices, POS terminals, printers, and set-top boxes. Samples will be available in September 2008, and mass production will start in the fourth quarter
