The highly anticipated sequel to the critically-acclaimed RTS game Starcraft has begun to pop up on various e-tailers for pre-order. Most notable are the listings that have shown up on the online storefronts of retailers
Best Buy,
Circuit City, and
GameStop. These three listings share one critical attribute: a December 3rd release date.
Retailers have been known to put up often incorrect estimated release dates. However, the likelihood of three powerhouses all putting up the same date lends some serious credibility. As usual, Blizzard made no comment as to the validity of this possible release date. However, there's no doubt we will find out more soon, as this weekend is the
Blizzard Worldwide Invitational.
