Microsoft ''Compatible with Windows 7" Logo spotted
Leaked to the media, MadBoxPC has spotted the "Compatible with Windows 7" logo. With the Release Candidate due for release to the Public May 5th, Microsoft partners may begin shipping products with the logo stuck or printed on their packaging. The compatibility requirements are unknown but it's more than likely that a full range of 32 and 64 bit drivers will be required before the logo can be used. The logo will not only feature on hardware, but will also be used to mark Windows 7 compatible software.
Hopefully this time around Microsoft will have learnt from their mistakes and avoid the fiasco that occured with Windows Vista, when almost every product under the sun received a compatibility sticker whether or not the operating system operated smoothly.
