Gigabyte have launched their new GA-H67N-USB3-B3 motherboard, their first Mini-ITX H67 based board, using Intel’s B3 stepping chipset.
The tiny 17cm square motherboard based on the H67 chipset features the HD graphic core 2000/3000 which allows for Blu-Ray Stereo HD playback in full 1080p high definition over HDMI 1.4. The size of the motherboard and the onboard graphics make this an ideal HTPC board.
The board features Realtek’s ALC889 codec for a 7.1 audio experience, and features quite the compliment of connections; D-Sub VGA, a pair of HDMI outputs supporting up to 1920x1200, 2 6Gb/s and 2 3Gb/s SATA ports, a pair of USB3 ports and up to 8 USB2 connectors.
The board supports all current LGA1155 CPU’s and up to 16GB of DDR3 in its two slots; as well as featuring a single x16 PCI Express slot allowing the potential to turn this board into a tiny gaming monster.
The GA-H67N-USB3-B3 should be available within the next few days.
