MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. - October 31, 2007 -AGEIATM Technologies, Inc., the pioneer in hardware-accelerated physics for games, today announced that it has won the first Applied Innovation Award for Business Excellence 2007 instituted by IAOP, ITAA and Wipro. Winners were chosen from 153 nominees and 28 finalists from around the world in four categories including Business Model innovation, Delivery Model innovation, Product /Service innovation and Process innovation. AGEIA was recognized as the winner in the Product/Service Innovation category for its leadership and best practices in business transformation in the gaming marketplace at the first ever global awards to recognize excellence in co-innovation and strategic sourcing.
