The ASUS exhibit at CeBIT 2010 has been one of the centres of attraction with a showcasing of some cool cutting edge products. Among the major crowd pullers are devices that are at the forefront of cloud computing and extreme gaming.

ASUS is well known for its portfolio of portable, multimedia and productivity solutions. This year though, the tech major has gone into CeBIT with special emphasis on cloud computing, with an awesome display of state-of-the-art products that facilitate services for everyone... from the professional on the move looking for real-time productivity applications to families seeking entertainment at home.

For the professionals, ASUS is showing off its latest range of Eee PC models. Designed to provide quick, easy and on-the-move access to cloud services, the notebooks comes with fast USB 3.0 ports and up to 500GB of cloud-based storage space with desktop synchronisation. The Super Hybrid Engine technology used in the range gives them a whopping 14 hours of battery life, making the Eee PC models perfect for professional as well as personal use.

The range on display includes the new ultra-slim Eee PC 1018P, the colourful Eee PC Seashell 1015 range and the Eee PC 1016P, a premium netbook crafted from highly stylish aluminium – an exciting first for the ultra lightweight and razor-thin Eee PC series.

For the gaming crowd, ASUS is showing off its collection of notebooks, graphics cards and multi-GPU ready motherboards that is designed specifically for high-end extreme gaming. The products on display include the ASUS G51JX 3D notebook, which is the world’s first to integrate nVIDIA’s GeForce 3D Vision technology to deliver unparalleled depth and realism to graphics.

When considered alongside the ASUS ARES dual-GPU graphics accelerator system, the exhibit is a dream one for extreme gamers and overclockers.
