"Xbox Live Cues Up TV, Movie Downloads"

Users of Microsoft’s Xbox Live service will soon be able to download selected television shows and movies, the company announced Monday. According to the source the new service is expected to go live on November 22, said Scott Henson, Microsoft’s director of platform strategy.
The idea is to add the new content–movies like Patriot Games, V for Vendetta and The Matrix, as well as TV shows such as Survivor, South Park and Friends to existing Xbox Live offerings of games.

297.9 x 415.5 mm as compared to the 275 x 365 approx I have atm.
Hyper - what`s the measurements of the 20" u have there ?
I just ran a tape over this iiyama and it measures 18" viewable, corner to corner.

my belinea 20.1" has a screen size of approx:
270mm x 435mm (just measured it)
the quoted size of an LCD/TFT is always the viewable screen area corner to corner, so this belinea is approx 510mm (20.1") corner to corner

Ah, thanx alot Pyr0, that kinda adds a bit more sense to it for me.
The sizes of my iiyama are of the screen too.
270mm is about 10.5", which is only a little bit bigger than my laptop`s screen in height. So my impression that a 20" tft would be like a 15" with a bit chucked on the right was fairly right. Probably more like a 16" with a bit.
hmm it seems, looking at it the other way that my 19" crt is 2" taller than a 20" tft. 22" tft widescreen, if I got widescreen, would appear to be the way to go.

i think it's just cos it's set further back on the desk, the whole thing is probably about as wide as the keyboard
Slighty noticed it looks tilted downwards a tad too.
I think we`re gonna have to use the "suck it and see" approach to these.
There`s little point in trying to hunt down crts these days, u can find them, but not at the places I like to shop.

Dont get the impression that its small, trust me its not, I will find the tape measure in a bit ;)
Yes, I tilted my screen down a little bit because its alot higher than the chair I am sitting in :)
