Lol rgr that mate, I'll be here kicking about
Mmm, well I hope if anything it makes it earlier. I'll be sure to be up regardless, but decent amount of sleep would be nice
What is the final time for tomorrow? Later the better.. it is a Sunday after all. :)
Well I believe it was Sunday at 10.30 am. However we may need to run it at 10 am so Jim can attend... I'll wait for him to confirm this though. I'll be idling on TS from around 9.30am UK time so feel free to come on and have a chat before the official one starts.
Cool, bare in mind our clocks go back... so it will be 11:30 our new time...?
Ermm, and whats the TS server?

Ok well I'll wait for Jim to reply here before offically confirming that time slot. The TS server is the Overclock3d TeamSpeak server
Ah crap, I forgot we had a TS server and that's where chats would be done... I'm not sure how feasible it is for me to talking at 3/4AM if my roommates are asleep... I guess I'll hope they stay up late cause it's a weekend
I should be up by 10. Hopefully Jim doesn't want it any earlier. :)

Minutes from the news team chat - 26/10/2008
Start: 10.00 am
Finish: 10.30 am
Attended by: Jim, PV, Stuart, Toxcity and WC (Bungral where the hell are you?)
1) Lack of news posting hurting the forum. All attendees agreed that over the past few weeks there has been a distinct lack of posting from the news team. All have agreed to try and post at least one news item daily, or every second day if daily isn't possible. Jim has an award for the top news poster next month.
2) Manufacturer PR's All attendees were reminded of the importance of subscribing to manufacturers' PR mail-outs.
3) Manufacturer PR/External website reviews. Jim brought up an idea that we could have a dedicated mailbox for manufacturer PR's, and one for external news/reviews sites. We will have to mass-mail the news sites requesting that they send their emails to the new address once it's set up.
4) News inbox cleaning. Stuart brought up that the inbox isn't being regularly cleaned of external news/reviews, and that it is being allowed to build up. Everyone was reminded again that the inbox exists and that it needs to be regularly cleaned...and not by the same people every time.
5) Request for news source sites. There was a request from news team members that the existing thread with news sources be stuck, and that it be updated with trustworthy news sources. Thread has been stuck by PV5150
6) News team chat. It was decided to have a news team chat on a regular basis, and a monthly frequency was agreed upon.
Members were given the opportunity to comment on anything else of concern and meeting was concluded.
