Actually what MrApoc originally claimed on this page IS indeed correct.

This whole plot was created to see if people realize and/or possibly change their views on gun control laws and the personal carry of a defense weapon. I pretty much got the answer that I wanted. From all of this, you can see that even the people that heavily oppose these issues under normal circumstances can see the light in a situation such as this.

But for the record, my room mate and I were the first people on the scene that night to help the girls out and we did stop the attacker from continuing his bat beating. I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to see the reactions from people on the use of a firearm for self defense. To all that thought I did this for pure entertainment purposes, well, I guess you could call it entertainment for the purpose in which it was used yes. Did I do this to make myself look like a hero? No, that wasn't the point, in fact you can see my denial through these threads of being hailed as a "hero", that's giving credit where credit is not due and I'm not going to accept it, nor did I plan to.

So to clarify: I DID NOT SHOOT ANYONE ON THE NIGHT OF THE 22ND.

Well tbh I never believed you but I never posted that because I didn't want to be wrong and I didn't wanna get ModPwned but now I know that I was right, and tbh this was low IMO, you took our trust Frag and kinda misused it.

That is a BS explanation Frag and you know it. You were conducting an experiment in human nature and attitudes of antigunners, then why did you propogate the story on the SKS board in which there are no anitgunners? Your story is just more BS to try to salvage your reputation. There is no way he was even there or he would be the "eye witness" in the story and the PD would have the record. The PD has never even heard of this guy! COME ON!

Remember also that we can read other forums and follow links posted by yourself to see what you "gun-toting hicks" (seeing as we're being button holed into talking to people like "rude "I$ 7h!$ 7Ru3?" and using so-called 'leet-speak', thanks for that).

The truth as it were has been outed and so it is settled, not that I am surprised as upon reflection it makes sense - we weren't the only people who fell for the story, most of the people on your forum did despite the objections and moral fortitude

Matt - I don't think this should happen again, fooling people about something this serious just isn't funny.
