Well it looks like Europe isn't the only place that's going to be troubled by Sony's PlayStation 3 launch. Earlier this week we learned that Sony is yet again pushing back the launch date of the PlayStation 3 to March 2007 in Europe.

Today we have more information regarding the release in the USA and Japan. Apparently Sony has decided to drastically decrease the amount of units shipped at launch, leaving the new console in very high demand.
