Imo having played both the PS3's look better at 1080p,but at any other resolution they look almost identical.

I love my ps3 and wouldnt swap it for any of the others. Wii is fun at say a party, but i wouldnt sit down on my own or with like 1 other guy playing it. 360 is dragging on a bit now, and all of my friends that have had one got RROD. Plus ps3 can fold and is going to keep on getting features added to it...i mean digital tv + recorder is comin out soon (MINE MINE MINE!)

Tox if you think the PS3's graphics are noticibly better then you are totally blind. Sure some games are awesome (like MGS4), but playing GTA IV on PS3 and 360 the 360 beats the PS3, same in PES 2008. CoD 4 they're about the same but the 360 has less Aliasing in the scene.

I love both my consoles with the Sony being an awesome choice for Blu Ray pwnage and the 360 having an excellent online system.

MS will introduce a new console much sooner than Sony who need the time to make sales on the PS3

I've had my ps3 set up to a 37" 1080p WS tv and tbh I'm not all that impressed with the graphics.

I'm sure the console has plenty more to offer, but I can't help but feel a little disappointed.

Every single one of my friends dead 360s have been out in the open usualy in a room with a ceiling fan and in a cool environment. M$ have given the extended 3 red light warranty because of their design flaw and overheating.

Yep. I have friends that are on their fifth 360.

Bah, beats me, I only know some1 with 3 or 4. I think the 4th is working/brand new.

If you can get them to give you a brand spankin new console with the revised chip inside it then it should be fine but M$ just like shipping out refurbished game boxes.

Any1 but m$ doing it, they`d be slapped with a suit and out of business.

.. they probably think m$ has enough suits on them already. I hear they have peoples sitting in their offices overlooking the coding of win7 incase of any code shinanigans preventing other software working on it. Any1 say m$`s UAC ?

One of my mates has just lost their Xbox a few days ago.. fixed my girlfriends a few days before that.. for the 10th time. :rolleyes:

i have all 3, and since getting the ps3 i've barely touched the others tbh
i don't like having to pay for online gaming tbh, it was always laggy and dropped out alot to be honest...
i love the quietness of the ps3, it's only really audiable when its gets REALLY REALLY hot.. and it folds, my 360 is STILL a friggin wind tunnel.. the wii is great for parties but once you've played them all there doesn't seem to be a repeat playability factor.. :S
i think the only reason i occasionally get the 360 out is for PGR4, lego star wars since i got it for that instead of ps3, and i might be tempted to get rock band for the summer, since the PS3 release is no-where to be seen..
speaking of rockband i worked out roughly how much it costs to get the ENTIRE thing
