Slim sees over 1000% sales increase
The new, slimline edition of Sony's Playstation 3 has been very successful. The console has seen an increase in sales of over 1000 percent since it's release, according to the latest industry figures. The price drop and an arguably better design has created an 11 fold sale increase, say Chart-Track, who's system topped out at 999 percent, but the actual figures were higher. Chart-Track doesn't give official numbers, so we can't be certain what this means but such an increase has to be good, no matter what."There has actually been more than an 11-fold increase in sales over the previous week," said a spokesman. "The PS3 also outsold the other three top-selling consoles (Xbox 360, Wii and DS Lite) by 3-1." This makes the games console more competitive with the xbox 360 and also with standalone blu ray players.

Well it would depend if the two different connectors are in series or parallel mate

show a picture of the fan and molex aswell, but by the looks of that aslong as the black and red cables only go to the molex it will be fine.

Just cut the 2 red and black wires coming off the 3 pin going too the molex dude and it will be fine.
