Need For Speed Undercover release announced

NFS Undercover Announced Electronic Arts announced Need for Speed Undercover, the latest title in the Need for Speed franchise, is to be released on Nov 21st in Europe, and Nov 18th in the US. The game is claimed to be taking NFS back to it's roots by re-introducing intense cop chases, the world's hottest cars and and spectecular highway battles. Maggie Q, of Mission Impossible III and Live Free or Die Hard fame, is to play Federal Agent Chase Linh within the game, a seductive handler who recruits and guides players as they go undercover.

Bill Harrison, Need for Speed Undercover Executive Producer had this to say about the new NFS title:

"Need for Speed Undercover features a deep and engaging story of spectacular Hollywood-style live-action that will transport players into the fictional world of the Tri-City Bay Area, working with talent the caliber of Maggie Q allows us to deliver an unparalleled level of storytelling that will keep players engaged in between 180-mile an hour races."

Need for Speed Undercover is being developed by Black Box and will be available for Xbox 360, PLAYSTATION 2&3, Wii, Nintendo DS, PSP, PC and mobile phone.

Ive had the PhysX maps for UT3 since i got PhysX running on my card a while ago. There is a difference. Its not so much eye candy, but more what can be done. For instance, blowing through walls.

Lol these are really meant for high end Nvidia cards. Intense PhysX makes me lag a bit.

I downloaded it a bit ago, and tried GRAW2 but it's been crashing since I installed the new drivers. I am gonna try reinstalling GRAW2 and see if that helps. I will let you know what difference it make when I get a game.:)

Hehe i have "ordered ;)" GRAW 2 just to see how good the physics actually are :)

GRAW is a finicky game as it is. I`m not sure how many times I`ve had to redo part missions cos it just ctd.

yeah graw 1 and 2 are both very crashy games to be honest i never finished 1 on pc due to a crash that happened at the exact same spot on the mission every time no matter which way you approached it..
and 2 HATES the fact that i have a physx card (wasn't that the point?!?!?) with an auzen x-fi it just glitches and makes a flipping racket! i might however give it a go without the physx on and see how it fares using nvidia based physx

ok been playing GRAW2 just finished the 1st mission woohoo lol, not the best game might i had enjoyed it more on my ps3 and it looks alot better on my ps3 :(, pfff

when im in settings and go to the physixs settings i can only pick one option and that is standard, i cant select extreme or anythign like that?

is this normal?
