Microsoft Unveils Red RE5 Xbox 360 Bundle

Next month, Resident Evil 5 will be released, the first of the series to make an appearance on a Microsoft console.  In order to commemorate the release of this highly anticipated game, Microsoft has announced a Limited Edition Resident Evil Xbox 360 bundle.

This bundle contains the Xbox 360 console with 120GB hard drive colored in a nice red, a matching wireless controller, a wired headset, and of course the Resident Evil 5 game itself.  Buyers will also be able to download an exclusive Resident Evil 5 dashboard theme as well as Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix.

This special bundle will be available on the March 13th launch day of the game with an expected price of $399.  While it is known that this bundle will make an appearance in the UK market, no word has been given on its pricing.  One would hope it won't suffer from the 1:1 USD/GBP ratio that constantly plagues games.

Let me rephrase....

The server is running the unlocked Extreme i7 965 chip. Therefore i will probably only be overclocking using multi's and thus will not need any super duper memory :p

ROFL I'm glad you rephrased that too as I don't think I can remember any of our servers ever not being overclocked.

The cheapest DDR3 kits are the free ones :D

Shame I can't use mine atm. It's sitting in a drawer feeling neglected. :(

Luigi has beaten me to the Crucial from Novatech. Good deal for DDR3 on the cheap.
