Microsoft are facing several very large fines from the EU due to failure to comply to the EU's Antitrust policy. The EU are effectively demanding that Microsoft release more information about their programming in order for competitors and third-party programmers can create compatible software easier. The same judgment would also require Microsoft to remove software that comes bundled with Windows such as WMP.
Microsoft are currently in nagotiations to avoid the possible $2.4m daily fines they are facing.

Well I have his address, his phone number, his AIM and MSN. And I know ALOT of people in the Texas area within a 30-60 minute drive. I think this will resolve one way or the other.
Great news, got him on the phone today. His copms still dead from the dice action a while back, and he was grounded without a phone. I beleive him quite honestly. Hopefully I'll help him get an internet comp for benching times.
