Google Releases Google Desktop for Linux
Google has released their popular Google Desktop search application for the Linux platform. They hope to expand their user base all while reaching the most people with their helpful little application.
Google Desktop, if you don't know, is a widget based program that is very helpful when you need the Weather, Stock Quotes, or other miscellaneous knowledge, and doubles as a nice little desktop search. This is a step in the right direction for Linux users seeing as the more large companies that recognize Linux, the wider known it will become.
So if you are a Linux user, and wondering where to get this, visit here.
