Gears of War Achievements to Unlock GoW2 Content

For those of you eagerly awaiting for Gears of War 2 later this year, you may be interested to know that GoW2 will use linked achievements from the first installment of the game to unlock GoW2 content. Here's the low-down:

* Unlocking the “Completed Act 1″ achievement in GoW unlocks Anthony Carmine in GoW2 multiplayer.
* Unlocking the “A Dish Best Served Cold” achievement in GoW unlocks General RAAM in GoW2 multiplayer.
* Unlocking the “Time to Remember” achievement in GoW unlocks Minh Young Kim in GoW2 multiplayer.

So yeah it appears that you're going to be getting access to multiplayer skins. Personally, the inclusion of weapons or maps would have been nice too, but I'm sure many will enjoy the offerings.

Furthermore; for die-hard fans of the game there will be a Gears of War 2 Collectors Edition made available which will retail for the price of one kidney. Just joking - US$130. For this astounding fee, gamers will get a scaled down model of the Lancer.

Does this news make you more eager for GoW2?

Ok,

I will explain why not to choose the nzxt lexa out of anger and pain :mad:

Fitting a media card reader in :) didnt fit with the screwless brackets so its hanging at the moment and when you try and take the metal shielding plate of you cut your finger open :eek:

its toooooo small you cant work in there hardly!

so when or if I get a watercooling kit im introducing it a drill :yumyum:
