Check out the very latest screenshots of Crisis. It looks very polished and incredibly promising already. Made by the people who made the suprise hit Farcry: Crisis looks set to be another success for the successful development team.
This is rumoured for Q1 release in 2007 and I'm looking forward to it already!
The Story:
"Earth, 2019: A colossal asteroid crashes down to Earth.
The North Korean Government quickly seals off the island chain, claiming the mysteries of the asteroid for themselves. The United States responds by dispatching an elite team of Delta Force Operators to recon the situation and report back to the Pentagon. Amid rising tensions between the US and North Koreans, the asteroid suddenly bursts open, revealing a massive, 2km high alien ship. The ship generates an immense force sphere, freezing a vast portion of the island and drastically altering the global weather system. The invasion of Earth has begun."

yeah, i think i might forget the idea. I'm just getting annoyed with all these cd drives for the f@h OS.
I'm onto something else now which will involve me wiring my house up with gbit cable :S

(@ gbit + talk of F@H propagation)
cluster computing ??? ... F@H aint compatible , well not on a massively parallel WU level -- but it makes sense if they already have a parallel processing implementation of their cores (smp client) then they could make a beowulf cluster version.
It is however possible to use a cluster with each machine running a single copy of the client (which gives no performance increase but may help your administrative woes -- most likely it will offer replacement woes )
