Mushkin have announced the release of a new Power Supply

The XP-650 will be 650w continuous and 700w Peak

We are currently awaiting more details and the possibility of a review sample

We're fans of Mushkin here so this is hopefully good news!

They are also SOOOOO silent. I have to put my hand in the back just to make sure its on.



oohh ye definitly, i have the S version.
single fan so its even more silent than the ordinary truepower series but new times comes and so does the need for a stronger psu so will be interesting to se a review on this perticular psu and what the price will be but probably to high for me.

Maybe we should see if they'll send one to one of our US members for a prelim testing :) (We know Jim has the better test equipment, but one of us can just do a very basic review :))

Edit OT: My TPII 430W still running strong :) (want to get a silverstone 560W zeus though)

They haven't offered us a US part - only a UK one. They've sent out all of the US parts :(

A UK unit will be winging its way to us as soon as it leaves the factory. We should have it in around 2 weeks, and i'll get straight on testing it.
