just my luck - i got a dud. wasted about 8 hours today sorting out my case, the dust, my cable management, everything, all to be back on the same system i started out with this morning.
Nooooooo! Whats the problem with it mate?
Word is i'm supposed to have an LED on near the LAN port, but i get nothing. And it's none of the other components either as ive put my old mobo back in an' running fine.
We'll hopefully see tomorrow after one last shot.
Just wouldn't post.. Gonna nip into town tomorrow and try and find a cheap 667 stick that'll run at 1.8v instead of the 2.2v sticks i've got now, and if that doesnt work, then its going back.

There's no LED near the LAN port, only one directly under the bottom PCI slot and one between the two sets of RAM slots.
either way, i bought a stick of 512mb 533 RAM, and it still wouldn't boot with just that so... just wait for Scan to get back to me now i guess.
Anyone had a chance to have a play with a DK P35 yet?
Finger is hovering over the buy button :-/
Zombie thread time.

It is a good mobo. But just be aware that it has a soldered on bios chip. Which means if you have a bad flash at any time, the only way to recover is to rma the board. For regular tweakers and clockers the best mobo is the LP UT P35-T2R. Better power managment, and a removable bios chip.
Currently finishing updating and installing everything. Almost pulled the trigger on an 88GT as well.. OCUK got a killer deal on the PNY ones.
Gonna put my setup back into my case tomorrow some time, then crack on with the clocking. Looking to get 3Ghz at least with this hoochie-mama.
Night before last i was upping the FSB.. Got to 3.0Ghz as if i were just flipping a switch. Yet to touch the voltages. RAM's running at 900Mhz at 4-4-4-12, and the voltage for this is the only thing i've changed.
Ya da dah dahh dahhhh.... I'm lovin' it.
