iPhone on contract? Never!

Apple will be smarting when they see the news that Reuters have just published.

Over 1 million units (or around 1 in 4) have not been accounted for according to Bernsteins report. Of course, with Apple recieving a cut out of AT^T's fees, this is going to be bad news for both parties and will hurt their stocks and shares.

With customers having to be tied to a long long expensive contract and not being able to install additional software I can't blame people for unlocking the iPhone.

Hi there,

We are currently working on several upgrades on our website which is causing some issues with the e-mail system.

We areworking through the backlog of e-mails and i asure you that we will answer your e-mail shortly although you might get the reply via PM on the forum as we know that is 100% working.

Your far more curtious than me tbh. My reply might`ve been different to that.

You'd have been free to reply as you deem fit, but as you may read the simple fact is that the communication from Aqua-pc's side was poor to say at best. I wasn't aware of the upgrades or such, no mention was made of that to me.
I've had contact through forums now and received near instant replies to my inquiries - now I'm well aware that that's another extreme, but try and imagine the situation through my eyes. I don't know about you, but when I find something I want to buy, I tend to want to do so asap.

Anyway, order is almost sent, and I'm well impressed with how things were handled starting the moment I wrote my topic here

I can see it from the customers perspective, but you can't knock the way it has been dealt with on the forums :)

Glad it's sorted for you JorisS

I found the title and some of the content a bit disrespectful tbh.

Sooner people are picked up on these things the better. Imagine the kind of post the op would create after they`ve made a purchase ?

Fair enough if ur both happy :) lol

You are absolutely correct. Then again, I didn't experience the way my order request was dealt with very respectful either - trust me I tried with a couple of friendly mails before this post spawned in a frustrated moment. I might add I sent a PM here in forum as well, as per suggestion, but I didn't get a reply to that (or perhaps that was the email reply I got).

But as you concluded, I'm happy with the way the situation got dealt with and hopefully so is Aquapc's :)

@Op: if you rather not have this topic (or at least this title) hang around here in the forum, I don't mind if you simply delete it - alternatively I can edit the title. Or perhaps the 'upset customer -> happy customer within the hour' conversion is in fact perhaps positive ;)

All feedback is good feed back even if its negative, the good feedback we get from customers who like our service shows how we strive to keep you happy and the bad feedback shows us what we need to improve on - as you can see we take negative feedback seriously and do everything we can to resolve any problems you may have :)

Finally got the payment through on friday, after some problems which seemed to be caused by paypal/Mastercard. Had a so-called 'avi' in the box yesterday already, saying there was a package to pick up at the post office

Unfortunately I came home late from work so it had to wait till today.
Ultra-fast delivery :worship:

Had a bit of trouble getting the BlastFlow to fit properly, mostly due to a not-quite-perfect fit of the base plate for 8800GT, but using an adaptive mounting method it worked out quite well. Cooling my 8800GT at 36 degrees GPU now, 28 RAM and 31 for the environment. Nice

Thanks a bunch for the great service!
