Your far more curtious than me tbh. My reply might`ve been different to that.
You'd have been free to reply as you deem fit, but as you may read the simple fact is that the communication from Aqua-pc's side was poor to say at best. I wasn't aware of the upgrades or such, no mention was made of that to me.
I've had contact through forums now and received near instant replies to my inquiries - now I'm well aware that that's another extreme, but try and imagine the situation through my eyes. I don't know about you, but when I find something I want to buy, I tend to want to do so asap.
Anyway, order is almost sent, and I'm well impressed with how things were handled starting the moment I wrote my topic here
Glad it's sorted for you JorisS
we're in the wrong i have no issues what so ever admitting that the main thing is to keep the customer happy ;)
I found the title and some of the content a bit disrespectful tbh.
Sooner people are picked up on these things the better. Imagine the kind of post the op would create after they`ve made a purchase ?
Fair enough if ur both happy :) lol
But as you concluded, I'm happy with the way the situation got dealt with and hopefully so is Aquapc's :)
@Op: if you rather not have this topic (or at least this title) hang around here in the forum, I don't mind if you simply delete it - alternatively I can edit the title. Or perhaps the 'upset customer -> happy customer within the hour' conversion is in fact perhaps positive ;)
You are absolutely correct. Then again, I didn't experience the way my order request was dealt with very respectful either - trust me I tried with a couple of friendly mails before this post spawned in a frustrated moment. I might add I sent a PM here in forum as well, as per suggestion, but I didn't get a reply to that (or perhaps that was the email reply I got).

All feedback is good feed back even if its negative, the good feedback we get from customers who like our service shows how we strive to keep you happy and the bad feedback shows us what we need to improve on - as you can see we take negative feedback seriously and do everything we can to resolve any problems you may have :)
Unfortunately I came home late from work so it had to wait till today.
Ultra-fast delivery :worship:
Had a bit of trouble getting the BlastFlow to fit properly, mostly due to a not-quite-perfect fit of the base plate for 8800GT, but using an adaptive mounting method it worked out quite well. Cooling my 8800GT at 36 degrees GPU now, 28 RAM and 31 for the environment. Nice
Thanks a bunch for the great service!
