According to an online source, Apple Computer will reportedly start selling the smallest version of its iPod Shuffle, and the world’s smallest digital music player, from tomorrow onwards. The company says this new iPod Shuffle, which is 1.62-inches long - about the size of a matchbox, holds up to 240 songs, and like the original, does not have a display to show what it is playing.
At around half the size of the original that was introduced in January 2005, the small Shuffle is all of 14 grams, includes 1-gigabyte of storage, has a built-in clip for portability, with the battery being able to last for around 12 hours. According to Apple's online store the price is only US$79.

if checkdisk didn't work, try the last known good configuration
press F8 to get the boot menu and choose the relevant option
if that doesn't work i would think about doing a repair install

no f8 doesnt work as soon as POST finished i get the error , and how do i do repairr install
After doing a repair install, although most of your apps, drivers and user settings will still be in place, all windows updates, and possibly some utilities will need reinstalling anyway
Boot from the XP CD and at the first menu, press Enter to "setup windows xp now"
accept the EULA with F8, and it searches for existing windows installations
select your windows install from the list (if there's more then one) and press "R" to perform a repair install
if no windows installations are listed, or it does not give an option to press "R" to repair, you will have to do a full install :(

i did as you told me but now anyway i choose to boot using safemode or normal i get a BSOD
Back everything the hell up asap.
If by chance u run or need to run windo$e thru it`s "Repair" or recovery thing, it`s highly likely it will screw everything up.
My honest opinion of an OS such as windo$e that acts up in this fashion is forget u`r present install, back u`r shizzle up and re-install.
If u don`t do it now, whilst u have the chance to save u`r important stuffz, u may well have to further down the line.
In my experience a fixed windo$e install is like fixing a leaky pipe with scotch tape.

damn so the only way to get out of it is a format, the only reason i hate windows, linux is so manipulable

I get an error message that windows encountered a software error and that some kernel files are missing or damaged and something to do with dll,
What do you suggest ? using the recovery console or doing automatic recovery
