Apple have lost a fairly large lawsuit against some websites who have reported supposedly 'leaked' information. The court ruled in favour of the three journalists and granted them the right to keep their sources hidden, a right that has only ever been reserved for offline journalists. Is it possible that this may have an effect on the Creative Vs Apple legal battle that's coming up ?
