TwinMOS Technologies introduced the brand new TwiSTER DDR2-850 CL5 overclocking DRAM modules following the TwiSTER DDR2-800 CL5 and TwiSTER DDR2-1066 CL5.The modules feature new-generation 0.09µm original dies in a 64Mx8 configuration along with the latest FPBGA packaging technology. A JEDEC-standard 6-layer PCB is used to stabilize data transfer signals. No pricing details are available as yet.
