TwinMOS Technologies introduced the brand new TwiSTER DDR2-850 CL5 overclocking DRAM modules following the TwiSTER DDR2-800 CL5 and TwiSTER DDR2-1066 CL5.The modules feature new-generation 0.09µm original dies in a 64Mx8 configuration along with the latest FPBGA packaging technology. A JEDEC-standard 6-layer PCB is used to stabilize data transfer signals. No pricing details are available as yet.

Nope. Nothing wrong with it. The guys simply linked some pictures from his hosting, they've shown up for him, because he's already authed to that site, and it asks for a password because you're not ;).

Although the fact it's stored on what appears to be his works website, as well as the job being based near Birmingham leads me to believe it's genuine ;).
