it starts off as facial movements and then after brain retraining you can emmit the response without actually performing the movement....its difficult to explain....check on monkey brain experiments here...it may give u an insight into how the technology works

Had a look, honestly does thi sreally work, is it more beneficial over your mouse and keyboard...would you buy one personaly????
some people have had great sucess, its difficult to say. It takes time to unlearn and re learn, depends on what games you intend playing it on and whether you have the time.
so in other words very hit an miss LOL
more of can be / cant be bothered...at least it hasn't caused anyone brain damage :D ... ive got one sat on the shelf here... just cant be bothered :D
