Microsoft Prepares Arc Mouse and Updates the Sidewinder 
According to our source, Microsoft is preparing a new futuristic mouse called the Arc Mouse. The Arc Mouse features a compact design due to its folding nature, and boasts increased comfort. The mouse will be available in red or black and should retail around the US$60 mark (wireless receiver included).
Microsoft has also improved its Sidewinder mouse with a reduction in weight and improved simplicity. The interchangeable weights and LCD display have both received the boot in favour of: a resolution switch; wired PC connection, and 9 programmable buttons. The rumoured price for the Sidewinder X5 will also be around the US$60 mark.

I'm using Vibe Streamer for my music and want something similar for videos. For anyone not familiar with Vibe Streamer you share your music folders through the software then when you log into the front end you can browse the shared folders and play the music that's in them. I want the same setup for my videos, browse then play the selected one. An added bonus would be if the software can down scale the video as it streams it, i know VLC can do this so it's possible.
I know about Orb, but i don't really want software that requires use of somebody elses web server, i would rather it all runs from my server.
