NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 570 has just been released and ZOTAC has been quick to follow suit with its own version of the new graphics card. According to the OEM partner, the new GeForce GTX 570 delivers a stunning graphical experience without sacrificing performance or features for flawless high-resolution gaming.
Talking of features, this newest GeForce graphics processor carries 480 unified shaders, which give the card awesome processing power to create unparalleled hardware tessellated visuals. With full DirectX 11 support, the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 570 renders graphics with unmatched clarity and realism. ZOTAC has not messed around with either the core clock or the shader clock and has kept both of them running at the reference values of 732 MHz and 1464 MHz respectively.
The frame buffer is a massive 1280MB, which gives the GPU extra power to deliver high-quality textures and super speeds. The extra-wide 320-bit memory is clocked at 3800 MHz, same as the reference design from NVIDIA. The overall package is very much in line with the original GeForce GTX 570 from NVIDIA, though high-end gamers would definitely be looking forward to a special cooling apparatus to meet their overclocking needs.
“The ZOTAC® GeForce® GTX 570 graphics card enables gamers to take advantage of Microsoft® DirectX® 11 technology at high-resolutions with high-quality details for exceptional realism and class-leading frame rates,” said Carsten Berger, marketing director, ZOTAC® International. “We are also able to deliver a 25-percent performance increase with greater levels of energy-efficiency and reduced noise-levels compared to prior generations with the ZOTAC® GeForce® GTX 570 as well.”
As with its GeForce GTX 580 card, ZOTAC has included a full copy of Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands in its package for the GeForce GTX 570 as well. This is to allow users to take immediate advantage of the superb processing powers of the new card. Also included in the deal is ZOTAC’s own Boost Premium software, which lets users push their card that much further.
The card is immediately available with retailers, though its pricing is not yet known.
