Taiwan based Sparkle Computer Co today announced a new addition to its graphics card line up in the form of the GeForce GTX 460 Sabrina Edition card. According to the company, the card is the ideal HD movie suit gift for its followers for this Christmas.

Sparkle has designed the Sabrina edition card from the ground up so as to bring out the best possible gaming and HD movie experience. Created for mainstream users, the Sparkle GeForce GTX 460 Sabrina runs on an NVIDIA GF 104 GPU, has 1GB of GDDR5 memory, and most other specifications of the reference card.

The card comes with two Dual-lin DVI-I connectors and one mini-HDMI 1.4a connector. This allows the Sabrina Edition card to support the largest and highest resolution flat-panel displays up to 2560x1600. It is also capable of handling High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP). Sparkle has also added a 1.5m mini HDMI to HDMI cable so that the graphics card is fully compatible with all HDMI ready displays.

Sparkle has gone with the name Sabrina as it is the name of the chief actress in the cognominal movie in the shaping of life and love with full of dreams just like the prototype. The Sparkle GeForce GTX 460 Sabrina Edition will be available to users in time for Christmas. While there has been no price specified, the manufacturer has hinted at a new price point that should be attractive to all main stream users.
