The game looks like it might be good, the min specs seem low but watching a video of the developers it seems they have made it really scalable as they wanted as many people to be able to play it as possible without the need to upgrade :)

Is that not for the xbox360 version?
they still do it, which is why they put all the different GHz on boxes now, some just put 4800+ or 5000+, depends i guess.
The interface is totally different
The control system is different and is aimed at keyboard and mouse use
The graphics are different
The vehicle movement is improved (the dev made a big point about this)
