Nvidia Denies Six Partner Claim

"Claims that Nvidia would be cutting down to only six partners have now been said to be false"

Nvidia Denies Six Partner Claim

A couple days ago, we reported that Nvidia would be cutting all but six of their AIB partners.  Now Director of Nvidia's EMEA Public Relations, Luciano Alibrandi, says "This is absolutely not true."

It's unlikely, however, that these specific six manufacturers were mentioned for nothing.  There is a reasonable chance we'll be seeing more news in the future about these special six.

Do you have any speculation about what's in store for these special six?

What do you mean by this mate? Which choice is the best?

Based on the prices and specs I'm seeing for that PSU, I wouldn't trust it. Only 2 SATA connectors on a 700W? Extremely flashy exterior? Only 30 quid? That's some major warning signs right there. Quick Google sees people calling them another QTec

Wouldn't recommend it.. looks like you need to spend a bit more! :p

I would recommend the Hiper 580w/630w or the ThermalTake 600w if you can get ahold of it, they're both very strong, reliable PSUs ;)

Wouldn't get a Hiper ever again in my life, I paid £100+ for my first PSU and it went up within a year, I then got another 1, exact same model and poof 1 month later :(.

Ever since then I have never had 1 :D, the only reliable one is the PC with a 5 year old FREE PSU with the case.

Would OCZ be a decent make for PSU?

OCZ 500W StealthXStream PSU, PowerWhisper, Active PFC

Corsair HX520. I have that PSU and it is awesome. Modular and comes with all the extra cables you need.

Asus P5QL-E
9600GT
Antec NSK 6580
Samsung Spinpoint F1 320GB
GeIL 2GB PC6400

This will cost you more than your spec, but I think it is worth the extra money. You get a great case, what will be a better motherboard, etc.

to

You will lose some features going with the latter (features that you will most likely not use, might I add). In terms of performance, no noticeable difference. You'll also save some cash :D
