G100 to challenge next-generation RV770
Commercial Times talked about Nvidia and AMD introducing their next generation GPUs in Q2 this year, developed to support dual-core processors from Intel and AMD. The article mentioned that they have completed tape-out of the chips and will farm out productions of the chips to TSMC in March. Nvidia plans to introduce next-generation chip dubbed as G100 to challenge next-generation RV770 from AMD. Industry sources are pointing towards 55nm based RV770 supporting DX10.1.
Here we go again. Who'll win the performance war this time around?

It's stable further down the clock chain?
Dono, tried 4ghz, then 3.6ghz...
4 = every other bench in the world stable
3.6/7 = 24/7 rock solid everything stable.
Might clock down to 3 to see what gives.... You got any thoughts?

Well if its passing at 3.6-7 ish then id just use that tbh.
You could try disabling some cores @ 4ghz, as 05 dont use multi cores at all iirc.

Sorry, I wasn't very clear at all:
4 = every other bench in the world stable
3.6/7 = 24/7 rock solid everything stable - APART from 3dm05 cpu test!
I did a quick stock check and it will run at 2.4ghz. I'll disable some cores and see what happens...

3dm05 sucks...
i went up to 3.6 and had my ram at 500mhz 4-4-4-12, gpu was 765/1010 and it gave me 10k!!!!!!!

CPU is occt stable, prime stable, 3dm06 stable, cinebench, gaming, whatever - it's stable so why the fook does it crash?
WHHHHY?
I tried the pro version, the free one, the hotfix... Bah.
