In a bid to save the environment Inno3D have launched three new energy saving Geforce 9 series graphics cards. The 9800GT, 9600GT and 9600GSO E-Save editions have all been designed to help reduce the effects of Global Warming. Inno3D's E-save technology allows power consumption to be reduced by up to 40% in 3D mode, and 60% in idle mode. To achieve this, Inno3D use a G94-350/359 55nm GPU, enable idle mode, redesign the PCB with phase switching, and run the GPU core voltage at 1.0V allowing the 6 pin power connector to be removed completely.

Like previous Geforce 9 series cards, the E-save 9 series supports Nvidia PhysX, CUDA technology, PureVideo HD Decoding and SLI scaling.
