HIS has become one of the first graphics card manufacturer to release the new ATI Radeon HD 5830 graphics card with the release of its HIS Radeon HD 5830 iCooler V Turbo and Standard Edition cards. The newest card from the AMD-ATI stable, the HD 5830 delivers high performance at an affordable price. The card has been released as a combo pack with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Gamer Pack.

Both cards feature HIS’ proprietary dual-slot iCooler V technology, which transfers heat effectively from the GPU to the internal heat sink around the central fan. When combined with the specially designed VRM heatsinks and fan shroud, the iCooler technology allows the cards to function at much lower temperatures than the reference card. It also makes for really quiet operations even in the most demanding conditions.

In terms of memory, HIS has equipped the cards with 1GB of GDDR5 memory modules that give the cards all the power necessary to smoothly deliver high-end graphics and video. The Turbo edition of the card has been factory overclocked to 840MHz core clock speed and 4.4Gbps memory clock speed, making it a top-of-the-line card for enthusiasts. The Standard version of the card is clocked at 800MHz and carries a 4Gbps memory clock speed, which is again higher than the reference card.

Both cards support Microsoft DirectX 11, which takes gaming experience to an all new dimension of clarity and depth. When combined with AMD’s ATI Eyefinity Technology, it allows gamers to spread their game-play across three displays simultaneously to expand their gaming way beyond traditional levels.

HIS has clubbed its latest offering with the most-anticipated game of the year – Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. The sequel to the best-selling first-person game ever, Modern Warfare 2 continues the “high octane action” of the first release and provides gamers with hours of immersive action saving the world from the brink of collapse.

The graphics card-game combination is the most explosive one on offer in the market at the moment and promises to give gamers an experience unlike anything they have ever seen before. HIS will start shipping the cards out to retailers shortly; however, the pricing is still under wraps.

Okay, I tried this hack here:

I did all the steps, and when I restarted my computer I cannot use my mouse at all. Is there a way to fix it/revert back to normal?

Edit: It has also come apparent that my keyboard doesn't function after startup neither. I can use my arrows to chose safe mode ext, but nothing afterwords.

You will need to restore back to the original usbport.sys. Best thing to do is get it from the disc or something. I posted a fix on how to actually get it to work.

To be able to use anything from now on you will need to replace the USBPORT.SYS file with the original, you can use the keyboard and mouse in the mean time using PS/2 connection peripherals.

I posted the change here:
