ATI's next gen to have GDDR5 support?

Fudzilla has been snooping around and heard on the grapevine that ATI's next gen (RV770 and R700) is to support GDDR5 memory.
Next time with GDDR5....
This is a leap over the frequency's of GDDR4 and we should be seeing speeds of around 2.5GHz (5GHz effective).
Now that is blazing!
