"The ASUS OCgear hardware overclocking control slots into a 5.25-inch drive bay in your case enabling, amongst other things, on the fly overclocking..."

The controller will sit in a 5.25" drive bay and allows users to control the GPU speed on the fly. It also displays the GPU temperature, allows you to adjust the fan speed and displays how many FPS you're getting. It also allows you to adjust the volume of your system.
This could be a neat little OC tool - granted that it's features can be acheived with software but the convenience of having a display on your pc will enable you to keep tabs on your FPS and GPU temps during games allowing a turn of the knob to adjust accordingly.
