A number of online retailers already have one of AMD's next-gen cards, the 4850, listed as in stock despite the fact that the official release still 10 days away (if you include today). All of them are of the Visiontek brand.
TGDaily also caught an Amazon listing for Diamond's offering that has already been pulled from the site.  However, thanks to Google's caching system, we can still see the page. Since Amazon always has fairly detailed descriptions, we are able to see some confirmed specs:
