According to our source, Nvidia are preparing their counter punch against AMD's 690G chipset in the form of their new MCP68 based board. VR-Zone's source, PCpop has apparently received some information from OEM manufacturer, CTHIM on their latest ZM-NC68-L board based on MCP68V chipset (NF-7050-630A) that uses GeForce 7050 graphics core supporting DX9 and SM3.0.
| This board comes with a PCIe x16 slot for discrete graphics card. There will be 2 SKUs, MC68PV for the high end and MCP68S for the value to compete against 690G and 690V respectively. Its successor MCP 78 will support DX10. |
