Dell goes AMD
"Dell goes AMD"
Published: 19th May 2006 | Source: N/A |
Yes you heard that right...Dell has finally given in and gone AMD
AMD senior vice president of Commercial Business Marty Seyer had this to say:
"We welcome Dell, and Dell customers, to the world of AMD64. Dell is a customer-focused company and we're pleased to see that they are listening to their customers and providing them the choice of innovative AMD products. We look forward to working closely with Dell in bringing the benefits of AMD leadership in performance-per-watt solutions to Dell customers."
Have Dell made a good move just as Intel are going to be releasing their new Conroe, Mereom and Woodcrest chips? These are set to blow away AMD in all departments according to report?
Are Dell simply helping Intel in the Anti-Trust lawsuit against AMD?? Was there an Alien Landing at roswell? Share your conspiracy theries in our Forums
